Emojis in Chat triggers

This is really a feature which shoudl be added as an prioirty in pipeline of new fetaures. There should be option of adding Emojis in triggers as well, Weather they are chat triggers or agent workspace triggers.

      Hi Shehryar, 

      I dont have an exact date at the moment but you use the OS level emoji picker or copy/paste the unicode emoji character it will get rendered in the widget and in agent workspace. The Mac emoji picker is Cntrl + Command + Space.

      This is not currently on our roadmap at the moment but we will take note of this request when for the future roadmap considerations!
