Provide an automated notification for API Usage

Need an automated notification (alert) to be sent out when a configurable threshold (say 75%) of allocated API Usage quota for the Zendesk Platform has been consumed within 24 hours.

Notification recipients may be made configurable.

Above needs to be an optional Admin Center capability.

      Hey Donald,
       
      Do you mind providing some additional context to your feature request? We don't set a daily limit on API usage. We do however have a rate limit that is set on a per minute basis.
