Customize app installation page to make integration with stripe

I have to integrate my Stripe test account for testing and I want to customize Installation page like this. As I have to add this type of div in App installation page . Please help me out with this.

My app is completed and I am left with the integration of stripe. I also gone through with complete documentation but still I am not able to solve this.
