Auto-email showing as a ticket response (not a separate email)

If we can have all auto-email sent to the customers also displayed on the ticket, that'll be great. This is to avoid redundancy and confirm all of the customer communications, thank you!

+1 as we had to use webhooks to add notes (public/private) stating that there was an email response sent out. It would cutout workarounds if you could see when a public comment was sent out
