Could we explore the possibility of setting up custom alerts for chatbot issues that hit a specific threshold? For example, if we receive 500+ conversations regarding x issues for Brand X within a 30-minute period, I suggest triggering an alert to address the issue promptly. This proactive approach could greatly improve our ability to address user concerns in a timely manner.
