Error on integrating mobile SDK

Hi Zendesk Team,
Tried integrating the chat to the android and ios apps using the code which is available on Mobile SDK's in the zendesk subdomain simplinamdharis.zendesk.com
We are facing the following error:
- When clicking on the support icon the chat is not initiating but giving an error.
Please help on this issue.

Hi Mick,
To enable chat on android apps
I have used the below link of the article

I have installed Android Studio, JDK for environment setup
I started facing the error when integrating the zendesk code to enable chat on Android APP

What are steps to be taken from here
