How to update installed application for zendesk global market application
I have query on releasing new updates for installed application on Zendesk ticket sidebar.
For example, I have created one client side or server side application and I have published it to the Zendesk global market place and users have installed that application to their Zendesk portal. Now, What is the flow to release new update release to the application which is installed by users? Could you please share the documentation for updating application or releasing new updates for installed application?
Thanks for reaching out. One you submit an update to the Marketplace, we will review the changes. If the change is approved, we will push it out to production. At that point, the next time customers refresh their screen, the app will update to the latest pushed version. Let us know if you have any additional questions about this.
Thank you for the details. I have one follow-up question. Is there any hook that helps me to send application data to my external service upon installing the application from the global marketplace? or how to send instance information when an application is installed from the global marketplace?
