    I have custom dropdown like "issue_type" with some options.Now I'm trying to add more dropdown options on that custom dropdown on to add that based on Id? Or other script

    The Dropdown fields in your Guide form are created by editing a custom ticket field in the Zendesk Admin Panel.

    Adding or injecting extra options in a dropdown client-side will not work since the added options are not known by Zendesk and thus not reflected in the Agent Workspace.
