    It's tough to say without the context of the metric sets that are empty / your environment. If you open up a support request, the team can take a closer look and advise accordingly.

    Hi Eric, I looked over the documentation for creating a support request but I still don't understand how I can create one. I assumed this community was the way to create support requests based on clicking around.

    There are some step by step instructions (Open up a request from within your account or opening up a request from the help center) on how to open up a request in the link I provided. The community is definitely a place you can engage, though for things specific to your account it's best to start a conversation with the support team.

    Ok. Zendesk documentation on opening a support ticket is very confusing. At the end of the day it would be better if there was a step by step guide like this:

    1. Log into zendesk 

    2. Click on your profile icon

    3. Click ask for help

    4. Type ‘talk to an agent' in the chat window that comes up

    5. Answer the prompts with the relevant information, and then a support agent will create support ticket on your behalf

    If in step 4 you type 'open a support ticket' the bot will tell you to reread the documentation that brought you to the bot in the first place.
