Chatbot Transcripts Not on Agent Workspace Ticket Until Chat has Ended

We recently migrated to Agent Workspace and the agents have noticed that the transcripts from the chatbot are not showing in the ticket until the chat ends.

This is counterintuitive as the agent now has no idea of what the bot has suggested or what the guest has already told the bot.

Apparently this is a limitation for Agent Workspace which seems a bit backwards since this capability was in chat previous to migrating and reduces our guest experience to having them repeat themselves.
