Easy and fast view of the CSAT comment

Hi,
It would be great to display the CSAT rating/comment as an internal note in the ticket when it's submitted by the customer.
Currently the CSAT comment can only be accessed in the ticket Events tab. If the ticket is long, you have to scroll a lot before you find the CSAT comment.
However, not only the CSAT comment is an important thing for CS, it sometimes may contain the customer's response or useful information for CS agents.
Therefore, I believe it shouldn't be hidden in the history tab but should be easily viewable in the ticket.
