Would be nice to be able to modify the pre-defined Writing tools and be able to customize them. In our company we would create options like “translate this text to formal french”

This has been well received but we are unable to report on usage like we are with other Enhanced Writing features. This is key for us understanding the real impact of the feature and its adoption.

So are the options to use:

  • Make more friendly: Changes the tone to be more conversational.
  • Make more formal: Changes the tone to be more professional.

Now a paid service? As this was standard included in Zendesk.

Interessanter Beitrag. Dies würde ich gerne ausprobieren bei mir ob es einen Mehrwert hat. Doch ich kann es nicht finden oder freischalten, wäre eine richtige Richtung in die Zukunft für die Agenten und den Kunden.

Is there any plan to have generative AI work differently depending upon channel?  I've noticed that in Live Chat when generative AI adds in the “Dear (replacement variable)” as the first line.   That is desirable for email, but other channels it feels clumsy.

Hello Peter, thanks for writing in! Unfortunately, at the moment it is not supported yet to use the conversation summary as information for macros. For now, the suggested macros are based on the content of that specific ticket. While macro suggestion for admins are created based on repeated content from all agent replies in your account. We hope this clarifies. Thank you!

Hola. 
Observo que hay ocasiones cuando se aplica la IA para hacer más formal una respuesta, ésta se cambia de idioma al inglés, cuando por defecto tanto el cliente como el operador tienen idioma Español. ¿Por qué ocurre aleatoriamente? ¿Qué parámetros hay que revisar para que no ocurra?
