Hi! Please add the Sync with OS option for conversation.
Adding the dark mode was a step in the right direction - thanks for that. However, without the option to sync the conversations dark mode with OS, it is a little incomplete.

Looking in our sandbox instance, I want to call your attention to the effect on the sandbox banner, where the text is illegible in dark mode.

It also seems a bit harder to distinguish between Agent, Customer, and Internal comments, as they were previously color-coded. Now, we have to rely on visual cues like the headset icon for Agent replies and the “internal” label to identify internal notes. Will there be future adjustments to make it more noticeable like the Light mode?

Hello, with the dark mode, we've noticed that certain color text in customer's email responses in the comments do not invert the color, which makes it difficult to read on a ticket. Will there be a feature that will automatically invert these color texts? Thanks
