We’re excited to announce that multi-select fields are now available as columns in views.

What is changing?

Until now, multi-select fields could be used as conditions in views, but not as columns in the View settings page’s column picker. Starting now, you can include multi-select field values as columns in your View tickets table.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

This update provides greater flexibility when creating views that meet admins’ specific needs.

What do I need to do?

This feature is automatically available for your account. No action is needed.
