Admin Copilot is now available in an open Early Access Program (EAP) for all Zendesk customers with the Copilot add-on. Admin Copilot is a proactive AI assistant built into Admin Center that helps you optimize your Zendesk setup, troubleshoot issues, and build workflows faster — so you can spend less time on maintenance and more time on strategy.

Why Admin Copilot?

Admin Copilot delivers a Weekly Digest at the top of Admin Center with key trends, risks, and insights about your account — so you can catch issues before they escalate and stay on top of what's changing.

Act on personalized recommendations

Admin Copilot analyzes your account and surfaces recommendations for what to fix and improve — from removing duplicate triggers to optimizing routing rules. Recommendations appear on a dedicated page and as contextual banners while you work, making it easy to improve your setup as part of your daily workflow.

Ask questions and build workflows through conversation

The conversational assistant is available from any Admin Center page. Ask it about your setup, troubleshoot configuration issues, create or edit business rules like triggers, macros, and automations, or get strategic guidance on how to improve your operations. Admin Copilot can take action on your behalf — but you always preview and approve changes before they're applied.

What's new in the open EAP?

This release builds on the closed EAP with key improvements:

  • Revamped experience — Cleaner UI, quick prompts, and an improved conversational panel for faster, step-by-step changes
  • Weekly Digest — Personalized insights surfacing risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities
  • Expanded intelligence — More recommendation types and deeper, context-aware insights across complex workflows
