What is changing?

With this release, Zendesk extends its external action capabilities in Action Builder to support streamlined Employee Service (ES) and IT Service Management (ITSM) workflows. These integrations enable you to automate critical identity and access management tasks across the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding and profile updates to role changes and offboarding—all within Zendesk.

Zendesk is committed to delivering a seamless and integrated experience across the key systems that drive your employee and IT service workflows. By connecting Action Builder with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID systems, organizations can:
