What is changing?
Until now, team members working in the Agent Workspace had to delete custom objects individually. This was tedious and inefficient. With this release, it is now possible to select and delete multiple records for a custom object at a time.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
Making it possible to delete custom object records in bulk significantly boosts agent efficiency by making it easier and faster to delete records. It also makes it easier for team members to experiment with custom objects and clean up the test records afterward.
What do I need to do?
The ability to bulk delete custom object records is being rolled out to all accounts with with custom objects. For more information, see Deleting custom object records.
