What is changing?

With this release, Zendesk extends its external action capabilities in action builder to help teams automate more of their day-to-day work across Zendesk and Google Workspace. By adding Google Calendar and Google Forms actions to action flows, organizations can streamline scheduling and form-based processes directly from within Zendesk—reducing manual steps, context switching, and delays.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

By connecting action builder with Google Calendar and Google Forms, organizations can:
