Zendesk is excited to announce an early access program for an AI-powered custom object builder within Admin Copilot.

What is changing?
With this EAP, admins can describe what they need in simple, everyday language, and then view and refine custom objects and fields modeling that. Using AI to generate custom object models based on admin inputs and the existing custom objects and fields in your account makes it easier to move from ideas to implementation, but because everything is editable within the object builder, you maintain complete control over your configuration.
After the admin has fine-tuned the custom objects and schemas, they can deploy the whole model—objects, fields, and relationships—at once.
By reducing the manual effort involved in schema design and implementation, the object builder helps you accelerate setup and spend more time focusing on the work that matters most.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
The AI-powered object builder significantly reduces the effort required to create custom objects. By automatically suggesting the fields and relationship structures needed, it helps lower the overhead for admins, enabling them to design and implement custom objects more quickly and efficiently.
What do I need to do?
