What is changing?
The following improvements are now available for action flows and custom actions:
- Daily schedule trigger: The Schedule action flow trigger allows you to run action flows on a daily schedule for recurring automation use cases.
- Execution counts: Admins can now view execution counts, failed executions, and action credit usage on a per-action flow level on the Action flows and Custom actions pages.
- Variables in drop-down fields: Action flows can now dynamically set drop-down field values based on context.
- New Zendesk user actions: Create user and Update user actions are now available as Zendesk actions in action builder, which allow you to manage users within action flows.
- Expanded support for objects and arrays: Actions can now pass structured data, such as objects, arrays of objects, and arrays of primitives, to later steps in an action flow.
- Increased action flow limits: Increased the maximum number of action flows per account to 100, and burst throughputs to 1,000/second.
