Admin copilot is now available to all Zendesk customers on Suite Professional and above accounts at no additional cost. This gives admins access to AI-powered insights, recommendations, and conversational assistance to help optimize their Zendesk setup.

What is changing?
Admin copilot is now included in Suite Professional and above accounts without consuming your monthly Copilot allowance. Previously, admin copilot was available only through an early access program to customers with the Copilot add-on.
Admin copilot helps you streamline operations and optimize your Zendesk account through three core features:
- Admin copilot insights: Weekly AI-powered insights that identify key trends and potential risks in your account
- Admin copilot recommendations: Personalized, prioritized suggestions to automate tasks, improve workflows, and maintain account health
- Conversational assistance: Ask admin copilot questions, create or update resources, and investigate insights with AI guidance
A new setting is available in Admin Center to help you manage access to conversational assistance. This setting is turned on by default, allowing all admins to use conversational assistance. Admin copilot insights and recommendations are not affected by this setting. See Managing access to admin copilot conversational assistance.
Why is Zendesk making this change?
We're making admin copilot available to all Suite Professional accounts so more admins can benefit from AI-powered assistance to optimize their Zendesk setup. This empowers admins to save time, identify issues before they escalate, and maintain a healthy support environment.
