We continue to monitor customer feedback closely, and we’ve received confirmation that Analytics dashboards are working again for some users.

If you’re still seeing the “Unexpected Application Error” or are unable to load your dashboard, please try a browser refresh and also clear your browser cache first. If the issue persist, to help us investigate further, we request you to provide us:
- Record a HAR while reloading the page
- After exporting the HAR, clicking the “console” tab and with a right click see some red/yellow rows and clicking the “Save As” and sending us that file too alongside the HAR
Here is the guide on how to capture a HAR file for each browser.

Thank you again for your patience and we apologize for the disruption.

June 16, 2026 8:42 UTC | June 16, 2026 1:42 AM PT

Thank you again for your patience. We’re pleased to let you know that we’ve taken additional steps to remediate the impact to Analytics dashboard access, and we’ve confirmed that the issue has now been resolved.

Root Cause Analysis

The incident was caused by corrupted dashboard code being served from a content delivery system in certain locations, resulting in errors for some customers until the issue was corrected and fresh content was deployed.

Resolution

To resolve the issue, corrupted files were removed from the content delivery network’s cache, followed by a comprehensive cleanup to clear all related assets globally. Fresh frontend assets were then deployed to ensure customers received updated content upon reloading, sometimes requiring a browser refresh or use of incognito mode.

Remediation Items

  1. Explore options to grant purge permissions to additional team members to enable quicker resolution.
  2. Develop strategies to prevent isolated asset retrieval failures from causing broader system issues.
  3. Enhance error handling in the Explore frontend to detect and manage initialization problems sooner.
  4. Investigate and address limits related to error reporting to avoid interruptions caused by quota restrictions.
