What is changing?

You can now connect Amazon S3 as an external knowledge source to your Zendesk account to make the content available wherever external content is used. This expands the content sources available, enabling access to your existing Amazon S3 content across your knowledge experiences.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

We’re making it easier to reuse existing knowledge from different sources your organization already uses and leverage it within Zendesk. So now, your AI agents, search, and generative search can tap into your Amazon S3 knowledge.

What do I need to do?

You can create an Amazon S3 connection on any Zendesk Suite or Knowledge plan. For more information, see the following resources:
