  • What do I need to do?

What's changing?

New connectors bring customer lifecycle automation and cross-team collaboration directly into Zendesk action flows:

  • With HubSpot, teams can create and update contacts, companies, deals, and tickets to keep CRM records in sync.
  • Chargebee supports subscription actions like provisioning, billing changes, pauses, cancellations, and credit notes.
  • Stripe enables refunds, invoice creation, customer payment searches, and other billing tasks without leaving Zendesk.
  • Calendly simplifies scheduling with booking links, invitations, and event searches.
  • GitHub helps support teams escalate bugs and feature requests, create and update pull requests, and track engineering progress—all from one place.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

Support teams often work across CRM, billing, scheduling, and engineering tools to manage customer requests, but manually updating records, handling billing changes, coordinating meetings, and escalating bugs can slow resolution and create gaps in context.

These new connectors bring customer lifecycle automation, scheduling, and engineering collaboration directly into action flows, enabling teams to sync CRM data, manage subscriptions and payments, automate bookings, and route product feedback or issues without leaving Zendesk.

What do I need to do?

No action is required. These connectors are being rolled out to all accounts with access to action flows.
