What's changing?

Zendesk is introducing new connectors for ClickUp and Magento 2 in action flows. These connectors help teams connect support workflows with the tools they use to manage projects, collaborate across teams, and support ecommerce customers.

ClickUp Connector

With the ClickUp connector, teams can create and update tasks, add comments to tasks, search for tasks, and retrieve information about ClickUp lists, users, and spaces. This helps support teams turn customer issues into trackable work items for product, engineering, operations, or other internal teams. For example, a workflow can create a ClickUp task from a Zendesk ticket, update a task when ticket details change, or add a comment to keep internal teams informed as the customer conversation progresses.

Magento 2 Connector

With the Magento 2 connector, teams can search for and look up ecommerce information directly in action flows, including customers, orders, products, invoices, and shipments. Teams can also create new customer accounts. This gives agents and admins more context when handling commerce-related requests, such as checking order details, reviewing shipment information, validating product data, or finding customer records as part of a support workflow.

Together, these connectors make it easier to automate work across support, project management, and ecommerce systems without requiring manual handoffs between tools.

Why is Zendesk making this change?

Customer service teams often need to coordinate with teams and systems outside Zendesk to resolve requests quickly. These new connectors help teams:

  • Create and update project tasks from support interactions
  • Keep customer issues connected to internal follow-up work
  • Bring ecommerce customer, order, product, invoice, and shipment context into workflows
  • Reduce manual data entry and context switching
  • Improve collaboration between support, operations, ecommerce, product, and engineering teams

By expanding action flows to more business systems, Zendesk helps teams build more connected, efficient workflows that support faster and more informed customer service.

What do I need to do?

These connectors are being rolled out to all accounts with access to action flows. For more information, see
