If I top-up my Talk balance, will this auto-recharge my balance in the future if I run below a certain threshold? Can I enable automatic payments for my Talk credit when my balance is low?
Self-service Talk accounts typically use a credit card to pay for Zendesk and use the Pay-as-you-go option to cover any usage fees. You pay your usage fees at the end of each billing cycle.
However, if you arrange with your account representative to recharge your Talk account and they confirm that they are setting you up for an auto-recharge, then yes, it will recharge your balance automatically. The threshold at which this auto-recharge kicks in is 10% of the amount agreed with your sales agent, or $5, whichever is greater.
The default recharge amount is the same as the Pre-purchased in bulk, bought by the customer initially, the minimum value is $5.
