Can I change my account subscription to monthly or annual billing periods?

    Hi!

    I have a related question. What if I want to upgrade from Essential plan with annual subscription to Team with monthly subscription. The number of agents doesn't change (we have 2 of them), and we've just payed for the first year of the Essential plan.

    This is a bit off topic, but still. What should I do if my Zendesk account is managed and I'm waiting for a reply from the account manager for more than 3 weeks now? We need to change the subscription and the number of agents, and can't because we still haven't got neither necessary information nor the bill.

    For the reference - the ticket number is #5250477.

    You can update your account to monthly billing but this change would not take effect until the next billing cycle.
