How do I find out who is the owner or admin of my Zendesk account?
Answer
You can locate your account owner in Admin Center, depending on your access permissions.
Find your account owner in Admin Center > People > Team > Team members. A mention will show under the name of the user: either (Owner) or Account owner, depending on your interface, see the images below:
If you are an Admin, you can also use the button below to find owner on the page Admin Center > Account > Contacts > Account owner.
Note: You will not have access to this page if your role is set to Contributor. For more information, see the article: About team member product roles and access.
To locate any admin who is not the account owner, go to the Team members page in Admin Center. Find the admins listed under the Support role column.

I have watched the video and it is very straight forward, but in my admin centre I do not see the People view.

It seems like you're currently a Contributor on the account. This means that you do not consume a paid agent seat; hence the Explore Viewer role that you're currently on which does not allow creation or customization of reports.
