What happens to the tickets of a deleted user?

    What if the user is not the main requester, but the "via" part of the requester?

    Deleting a user won't have any impact on a ticket for which they're listed as the "via" as far as I'm aware.

    If I delete an agent, will his name still appear in any report generated by Explore?

    Hey Reynaldo,

    If you're deleting a user from your Support account that should also remove them from your Explore account as well. More information can be found in our Forgetting a user in Zendesk article which I've linked for you.

    Is there a way to see which agent deleted a user? I am looking in the audit log and I can see who suspended a user, but not who deleted a user. I know that we had 5 end-users deleted on October 31st. They show in the Deleted User screen but I want to see who deleted them.

    What happens to the guide article after deleting the user who authored it?

    Hey Սմբատ Պետրոսյան,

    The Guide article will still show the deleted user as the author of the article. You can however edit the article and change the author to another user if you wish to do so.
