    I have a requirement of 2 agents. One from UK and another one from Australia. I am looking to buy Suit for 2 agents. Should I need to purchase 2 talk numbers and 2 talk plan?

    Those numbers are already available at Twilio directly...

    Hi Zendesk team, could I understand how the Avaya CTI Integration plugin works with Zendesk Talk. In the pricing above, in particular 'answer using a phone', does this refer to such integration or is there some other method of call forwarding that incurs the higher charges?
