Please add examples to this article. And add more related "deep dive" articles on the topics you touch, like how to create awesome conditions.

Thanks for taking the time to share this with us Stefan! I'll reach out to the appropriate team and see if we can get some examples added :)

Stefan, great request.  I am not a Community Manager, but a paying customer.  If I could have a tutorial on how to get an "All tickets" view it would be much appreciated

    Hello Indy Jordan,

So for creating a view to having an "All Tickets" view, I would recommend the following steps.

You'll want to create a group with no agents in it. This article goes into detail on how to accomplish this.

    Creating, managing, and using groups

After you've done that, then you'll want to set up your view.

    • Start by going into the admin menu in support then opening the views tab

    • Next, click on Add View to create a new view.

    • Next, You will want to set up the following Conditions.
    • Ticket: Hours since created, (calendar) Geater than, 0
    • Ticket: Group, Is not, Just for Testing

This view should capture everything in terms of tickets, thus creating an "All Tickets View."

    Best regards
