    This does not tell us what screen you need to be on to see the "Show all events" control... and I cannot locate it anywhere.

    Hi Mark,

    Thanks for reaching out! I think a screenshot would be pretty helpful to assist in finding the Events on a ticket or Show all events, as it is referred to above. That being said, I have provided a screenshot of a sample ticket below. Underneath the comment box, you can find a dropdown field that shows Conversations by default but clicking on that will show you the Events view.     Good day,

    We seem to be having the same issue but when check events it shows that the ticket was reassigned by the playlist and there are no triggers on the playlist.
