Can I change the outbound caller number?

    We're interested in using Zendesk Talk as an option for our agents to call outbound-only when required. As we're not able to accept inbound calls at the moment, is it possible to dial out showing a withheld/private number?

    Unfortunately it is not possible to have the outbound number be withheld or private. As mentioned above you can change the number and use other numbers by adding them as external numbers, but there isn't a way to hide the number entirely.
