    Hi Chris. All the functionality described in this article is new. Chat tags weren't previously supported in the Zendesk Agent Workspace. Please note that not all the features may be available in your account just yet. The rollout is not complete until Oct 5.

    Hi Shweta Gupta

    All the features described in this article have been released, but you must have the Zendesk Agent Workspace enabled to use them and you must have Chat tags enabled.
