    My "Tickets" window in Sell does not look the same as your screenshot. How do I make it look like that? I already have Support integrated with Sell. See attached.

    Hi Adam,

    We've recently released a new experience for the Sell-Support integration. To switch over to the new experience, just disable the Sell-Support integration in Sell-->Settings-->Integrations and re-enable it.
