Hi. How can I add a filter to select a date or date range?

You can directly add a filter in the report to filter for example by ticket creation date, it allows you to select a date or date range https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408825475354-Filtering-a-report
You can as well add the report to a dashboard and add a time filter https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408837807258-Explore-recipe-Getting-to-know-dashboard-filters#topic_qhk_trr_ckb
