Use Zendesk Sell's global Add button to add a new lead, contact, or deal from anywhere in Sell.
To add an object using Add
- In the top left corner of any page in Sell, click Add.
- Click the type of object that you'd like to create.
- Fill in details about the lead, contact, or deal.
If the person or company already exists in Sell, you'll see an alert with a prompt on the right side. You can either choose to use that existing contact and edit them or continue to create a new record.
- Click Save or Save and view.
Your new lead, contact, or deal is created.
