On this page we would like to provide some example badges - created by Zendesk - that you are free to use in your Gather communities!
Here's an overview of the example badges:
The exact naming of these badges is of course easy for you to change as per your liking. But we thought it would help to get started with some graphical and inspirational material for your community's user badging system.
Click the links below to download the individual SVG files which you can use as the icon when creating badges.

Dream
Is there automation or tool that automated add badge to users when they contribute (posts and comments) more in level like badge?

Hey Kamolchanok,
At this time there's no way to automatically apply badges to user profiles. These will need to be manually applied by an admin on the account. This is something our Gather product managers are looking into but I don't have any additional information to provide at this time.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

can these badges be awarded automatically once the user has reached a certain level of reply, answers, upvote ?

Hey there,
In its current state, badges will need to be rewarded manually. That being said, this is something our Product Managers are aware of and are looking for ways to automate the process. I would recommend creating a feedback post around this functionality in our Feedback on Gather topic for our Product Managers to review. You can also copy and paste the following template when writing up your feedback post: Product Feedback Post Template
Thanks so much for taking the time to share this with us!

No updates at this time – as Brett said above, posting to our product feedback forum is the best way to build support for this idea. Thanks!

Hello,
Thank you for the great resource to download these icons. I noticed that there seems to be a bug in my guide manager where the original badge SVG file is deleted when the badge title or description is edited and saved.
I raised this issue in a support ticket previously and they directed me here, but want to ensure the community and your product teams know about this and are looking into it.
I come here and download the original files to upload each time I make changes, but it's time-consuming and some users may not notice this at first and have blank badges in their community.
Thanks again!
