Where is Service Data in Sunshine hosted?

Sunshine is not currently covered by the Data Center Location Add-On and thus there is no contractual commitment to Host (as defined in the Regional Data Hosting Policy) Sunshine Service Data within a particular location. This is due to the fact that Sunshine does not support the subsequent migration of Service Data where the hosting model has been changed from the original location to a new location.
Subscribers must have a Support or Suite account to activate Sunshine. Service Data in Sunshine Custom Objects can only be hosted in the US or EEA. If your Support or Suite account is Hosted in APAC, your Sunshine Custom Object data will be Hosted in the US. Service Data in Sunshine United Profiles and Events can be hosted in the US, EEA and APAC regions (subject to the statement above regarding subsequent account moves). Generally, wherever your Support account is being hosted at the time you activate Sunshine is where Sunshine Service Data is also Hosted, and it cannot be subsequently migrated to another location. If you enact the data center location add-on for Support or Suite after your Support or Suite and Sunshine account are already live, your Sunshine data will stay in whichever region it is located in and cannot be moved.
