I work in the billing department and I do not have a Zendesk login. I need to update our account's payment method or other billing details. How do I do this?
Answer
Only the Zendesk account owner can update the payment method and manage billing details on a Zendesk account. If you do not know who the account owner is for your Zendesk account, follow this tutorial to find out: Who is the owner of my account?

Most third party products allow the finance department to manage all parts relating to finance, of which managing payment details is of utmost importance. There's an argument in some cases that the Owner should not have access to the payment details, which is why the role of a billing/payments administrator is important. Is this a feature in your product pipeline?
