Can I sign into my account using a secondary email address?
Answer
Yes. You can sign in to your account using either your primary or secondary email addresses. However, Zendesk Support only sends reset password emails to the primary email address and not the secondary email address.

Hi, need to know as soon as possible. Can you report out on a user's primary and secondary email address? If so how?
For Professional plans and above, accounts come with basic data export functionality. Any account admin can export a list of users in an XML or JSON format. This option will export all user data, but once the file is downloaded, you can manually filter it with software like Excel or Google Sheets.
The exported data will include both primary and secondary email addresses.
