I see the error message Oops The page you are looking for doesn't exist when I access my Zendesk account.
Resolution Steps
If you do not have Zendesk Guide, or if Guide is not enabled on your account, your customers see the error message Oops The page you are looking for doesn’t exist.
If you have Guide but don't have an active Help Center, your customers can't visit the public-facing URL of the Help Center. Your customers see the error message: The page you are looking for doesn’t exist. If you have not activated your Help Center, the page won't be visible to customers when visiting the URL.
