Hi,

My Change Attribute looks completely different from yours and doesn't have the Show Header checkbox:

Couple of other things on the Change Attribute:

  • How can you exclude it from affecting reports on the tab?
  • The performance when attempting to add a Change Attribute component is abysmal. My laptop sounds like a jet engine about to take off and it takes a long time to load the various elements when adding the component.

Hello! I am unable to see the “Show Header” option as well on my end.

Also, the change attribute is very different from the one we had from the old builder. In the old builder you can specify which specific report in the dashboard the change attribute will take effect but looks like this is not possible in the new builder as it's changing the whole dashboard filter whenever you selected one of the attribute.

Dear ZenDesk Team,

The article (https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408819299610) and your support team reference links that don't exist.

As longtime customers, the new dashboard has crippled our workflows. Will critical features be restored:

  1. Bookmarks
  2. Cross-tab filters
  3. Filter hiding options

We need clear direction on these basics to continue using your product effectively.

Hey,

I don't see “Show header” for “Selecting a different attribute”.

Also I would like to know on how to make it work for only a few reports and not all? Since it is super confusing to scroll between all the reports because the filter is once in the dashboard and not multiple times – maybew twice when we have different datasets.

Thanks!

Hi - similar to previous comment how can we link filters in a single dashboard tile? The “link from” option as described above does not exist in the new dashboard builder.

The section: “Filtering results across multiple tabs” doesn't seem to apply to the new dashboard builder is this correct?

How can I create filters that work across multiple tabs in the new system?

When will this be applied to BETA?

I am setting up a data filter to exclude certain requester email addresses from the tab's results, but there is no easy way to do this. Out of thousands upon thousands of email addresses I want to exclude just four, but there is no way to select all - I can only clear all. The old version of Explore supported this. Why can't I easily choose results to exclude using data filters?

Hi, thank you for the article! Will the Copy Paste of the Time filter also be available in Explore Beta? Is there a way we can have one Time Filter across multiple tabs? Thank you in advance

I'm attempting to create a data filter based on Requester Email address, however the filter appears the show every requester email, which isn't what I'm looking for. Is there a way I can limit what emails populate in that filter? Perhaps by email domain, requester organization etc? Thanks!
