Create Explore dashboards that are specific to each team in your organization. To achieve this, clone your dashboard and add data filters to show team-specific data on the dashboard.
Note: Agents with broader permissions will be able to access other dashboards. All users whose access you want to limit must be set to an Explore Viewer user role.
To create team-specific dashboards
- Create the core dashboard.
- Clone the dashboard as many times as you need so each team has its own dashboard.

Add the necessary filters to each dashboard so that they are team-specific. For example, add Data filters and select the Ticket group attribute to filter the data by group.
- Bookmark the dashboard with the current filters in place.
- Share the dashboards with your teams.
