Once you've installed Guide themes from the Zendesk Marketplace, use the procedures in this article to help you keep your themes up to date, make purchases, contact the theme developer, and more.
This article contains the following sections:
Keeping your marketplace themes updated
When a developer updates a theme you have purchased or are trialling, you'll see a notification on the Themes page of Guide. You can manually download a new version at any time. If you've duplicated a theme, you can control which copies of the theme are updated.
To manually update a theme
- In Guide, click the Customize design icon () in the sidebar.
The Themes page opens.
- On the theme you want to configure, click the options menu (), then choose Update available.
- Review the details of the update, then click Update theme.
Viewing and managing your marketplace themes
