How do I link my Legacy Zendesk Chat account with my Zendesk Support account?
Answer
- In the Zendesk Products, open Chat
- On the Chat sign-in page, enter your credentials and Sign in
- Follow the instructions on-screen to complete your setup
Note: If your account was created after January 31, 2021 Chat is already included as part of your Zendesk Suite plan.
If by mistake you have created a new account, contact Zendesk Customer Support.
