How do I link my Legacy Zendesk Chat account with my Zendesk Support account?
- Sign into your Zendesk Support account and use the product tray to open the Chat product.
- On the Zendesk Chat sign-in page, enter your credentials and Sign in.
- Follow the instructions on-screen to complete your setup.
Note: If your account was created after January 31, 2021 Chat is already included as part of your Zendesk Suite plan.
If by mistake you have created a new account, contact Zendesk Customer Support.
