Can I use my old subdomain for my new account? I created multiple trials for my business and would like to use a subdomain I used previously.
Answer
Yes, the account owner can request the previous subdomain to be made available upon verification. To do this, contact Zendesk Customer Support, and provide your current subdomain and the previous subdomain you would like to use. Once reviewed, if the subdomain has been made available, rename your subdomain using the instructions in this article: Renaming your subdomain.
