In my customize layout settings I don't have TICKETS widget available for any of the layout options.

You need to make sure that your Sell is integrated with Support. Kindly check this article, Setting up the Sell-Support integration for more information on how to integrate Sell with Support.

I do not see the option to customize the layout, except for widgets.

The widget layout will just be for arranging the location (up and down) on the widget list.

Hey Support Team,

Is there no way to remove standard fields in Leads, for real? There is a ton of irrelevant information for us leads and we are really hoping to clean this up. Am I missing something here? Any help is appreciated.

Removing or hiding standard fields for Deals is not a feature provided through the standard configuration options. However, you have the flexibility to enhance your Deals by adding custom fields to capture specific information relevant to your organization. Additionally, consider organizing Deals using custom deal stages aligned with your workflow. If you find the standard fields limiting, sharing your feedback with Zendesk Support can contribute to future updates and improvements.
