In Sell, there are a number of fields and columns that are automatically populated with information, based on an activity or event. These activities include when you close a deal, add a note to Sell, or when you last communicated with a lead or contact. These fields are called standard calculated fields. Some fields are on the Leads, Contacts, and Deals pages, and others are available in views and smart lists.
Use the following reference tables to understand the standard calculated fields in Sell, and which activity or event automatically updates the field.

Days Awaiting My Response | Number of days that you have not responded toe a lead or contact who tried to contact you. |
Days I'm Awaiting Contact Response | Number of days you've been waiting for a response since you last emailed, texted, or called a contact. |
Days Since Last Communication | Number of days since you communicated with a lead or contact (voice, text, or email). This information includes both incoming and outgoing communication with the lead or contact, from the rep who last made contact, and the type of communication that was used. |
